Ari Lennox

Courtney Shanade Salter, also called Ari Lennox, a Washington, D.C.-based American singer/songwriter, was signed as Dreamville Records' first female artist on Dreamville Records by J. Cole. She released her first EP for the label on Oct. 21st, 2016, titled Pho. This is when she began gaining notoriety. Shea Butter Baby her debut studio album came out on May 7th 2019. Ari Lennox first posted songs online in the year 2012. The singer released her debut album Ariography and debut mixtape in 2013 Five Finger Discount. In 2014, she continued to upload her music via the internet, including her self released single Bound. On July 21 2015 Omen featured her on his album Elephant Eyes with the track Sweat It Out. J. Cole had her sing her songs for the Dreamville Team in the following year, as he wanted Rihanna to work with her on some references. The announcement that she would sign with Dreamville Records was made on the 8th day of December. Backseat was a track was written by her and Cozz on the album collaboratively titled Revenge of the Dreamers II. In the month of October the singer-songwriter released her debut EP, Pho. Ari Lennox appeared in J. Cole's Change song and opened her own tour, the 4 Your Eyez Only Tour 2017. In 2018, she was able to be a guest on two of her songs along with labelmates EarthGang on Nothing but the Best and Bas on Icarus. Ari Lennox's first album Shea Butter Baby was released on July 16, 2018. The debut single, called Whipped Cream, from the album was released on the 5th of September, 2018 and featured a a music video. In November, she dropped two more singles called 40 Shades of Choke and Grampa. On November 13 she then released two more singles called No One as well as Pedigree. She then appeared in the Creed II soundtrack with Cole on a track titled Shea Butter Baby on November 16, and it was released as a single on February 26, 2019 to accompany her debut album with the same title. The music video premiered on February 20, 2019 to go along with the track. Within the first week, it had over 3,000,000 views. The singer was a supporting artist for 6LACK during the From East Atlanta With Love Tour during December 2018.

Ky-Mani Marley was born in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976 is among the many of the most well-known and wealthy Reggae artists. He appeared in Shottas, a cult film opposite Wyclef.
